I'm very impressed w/ their work in the last 2 patches.
The effective range also is wonky_ I think there's a big difference b/w Tow range and AR_
Looking at the above it almost looks SMC, Vulcan, and AR are relatively close to eachother in effective range....

But no, this is definitely better than bars. I mean, hardcore number-crunchers are going to be looking for spreadsheets anyway; this is just to give a quick at-a-glance summary. The only thing I want to know is what "Effective Range" measures. Falloff_ Spread_ Some subjective combination that also factors in projectile speed_
For that matter, I'd like to see spread on the official sheets... :-/

This is for the more casual players, ones who may never even visit the forums.
We, the number crunching/forum lurking types don't even need the bars.
But that's not the point.
The point is, if you're going to do something, do it right, especially something so simple.

TheVulong mean: the digits ARE NOT A TRUTH. The real stats of weapons are another. And i'm agree with him.

The mech stats we have are perfectly fine and even include units for each stat.
It really seems like laziness here. A half-assed attempt, at best.

At a first glance, players will think that these are actual stats and get a very wrong picture of the game. I did at a first glance.
