Last patch changed weapon statistics from meaningless bars to meaningless bars with imaginary 0-100 ratings.

It's a progress indeed, but what is the problem with giving us some real data_ Damage per projectile, damage per second, effective range in meters, rate of fire, heat generation per second/per shot.. What's the problem_
This kind of data is still obtainable by players, by more or less accurate testing, but that way it is seen only by few, who know where to look for it.

I don't really get why devs do this. It was the very same deal with Battlefield series. Same idea of meaningless bars that look nice but tell nothing. Be better than Dice, guys, please ;D

Well, i'm guessing that weapon stats are hidden from the very beginning, but why_ It's not as if those numbers were some kind of secret. Devs give exact numbers in patch notes, so why not in game_

you want useful information_
you can't HANDLE useful information
no useful information-handler, you
BAH!
I DERIDE your useful information-handling abilities!

we asked for number
we got numbers
clearly we didn't specify /useful/ numbers enough times

/Hawken logic

"To the untrained eye this chart may indeed appear to demonstrate a steep and sustained downward trend; however, what you're actually seeing is the line being dragged down because of the strengthening gravitational pull of a player base that is actually increasing in density.  Rest assured, this is all going completely according to plan."

Heh, kinda reminds me one Scooter's quote from Borderlands 2.

"Statistically, these are the safest cars on Pandora. Lemme toss some numbers at you. Five! Twenty-three! Eight hundred and six!"

:-)
Got few Hawken vids here on my YT.
