Stealth Nerf to the breacher

Being able to do full damage while inside of a shield was a bit too strong so adjusting it to 20 damage inside/to outside and 100 damage from outside/in was a fair adjustment
But nerfing the breacher so it is a flat 20 damage through shield while inside it or outside it completely removes the reason to USE the breacher.
On top of that you add the fact that the breacher is the only chargeable weapon that you have to recharge on dodge and has one of the slowest refire rates in the game and you took an interesting weapon with some very niche dynamics...and made it completely useless
Why did you do this hawken_ And why didn't you either A. inform us about it or B. Ask us wether this was feasible or wether this would completely remove a weapon from the game.
Have you as a community ever felt the breachers ability was too strong considering the damage/refire rate trade offs the weapon has and do you believe hawken flat out removing the railshots ability is appropriate or warranted_

Also another question: you are speaking of stealth nerf but then in text about the breacher and shield.. whats the matter with stealth_

He meant it as a change made without telling anyone. Like a hidden nerf if you will.

Don't agree with the nerf at all. Breacher was in a decent spot before.

But yeah, as X said about the Breacher; it's still glitching for 200 damage sometimes, just happened to me today.
As far as the nerf; I can't say getting kills through a shield was ever a common thing really so I'm not sure this is such a big deal.
I also play on "PoundSignYoloSwag" (Assault/G2 Assault) and "FriendshipIsMagic" (Rocketeer) But haven't been able to add them to my Sig yet due to computer problems.

It is what made the pred viable in competition
without this ability..it is just an infil that has crappier AD
