Especially so for C classes, because of their huge hitboxes and slow speed, so they can't run away, unlike A classes. So yeah-once you put a leash on someone, you better stay with him for good... Or at least until you both go down. And yeah-C classes must have healer, because they can't run away in order to repair themselves somewhere out of sight. Which is why if there's a C class-staying with him takes priority.
Also, the best mechs to pair up with Tech are, in that order, Incinerator, Vanguard, Brawler, Sharpshooter, Scout.
